The musicians of the Great Lakes Chamber Players are very active on Mackinac Island, providing classical wedding music for ceremonies and receptions. We offer traditional string quartets, trios, and duets and several other combinations of instruments. Our musicians have performed at venues such as Mission Point Resort, The Inn at Stonecliffe, the Grand Hotel, the Somewhere in Time Gazebo, the Island House, St Anne's Catholic Church, and Historic Mission Church.

There are no special limitations regarding the type of live ensemble you would like to have at your ceremony and reception on Mackinac Island. For example, we have serenaded guests with 6 violins as they arrived at the Grand Hotel, played solo cello for a small intimate wedding at The Inn at Stonecliffe, organized a string trio with trumpet at St Anne's Catholic Church, played traditional string quartets at Mission Point Resort, and violin/cello duets at The Inn at Stonecliffe.
