The Great Lakes Chamber Players, a statewide membership of high caliber musicians, can perform for your wedding, reception or corporate event in southeastern Michigan.  We perform in Detroit, Flint, Ann Arbor, Frankenmuth, and more!  Our musicians are reliable and experienced and will give your event the excitement of live music.  We have string quartets, trios, duets, and strings with brass, woodwinds, and piano. 

 

Recent performances include the Bavarian Belle Riverboat (Frankenmuth, MI),  Flushing Valley Golf and Country Club (Flushing, MI), Fox and Hounds (Bloomfield Hills, MI), Frankenmuth Historical Museum (Frankenmuth, MI), Garden in Memorial Park (Frankenmuth, MI), Grand Crystal Ballroom (Pontiac, MI), Hidden Lake Garden (Tipton, MI), Lafayette Grand Wedding Chapel (Pontiac), The Gandy Dancer (Ann Arbor, MI),  Penna Villa (Sterling Heights, MI),  Woodfield Country Club (Grand Blanc, MI), Poniac Center (Pontiac, MI), and Devil's Ridge Golf Club (Oxford, MI),  Metropolitan United Methodist Church (Detroit).

 

In 2006, the Great Lakes Chamber Players were contracted by Trudell Orchestras to be the back up strings for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in the Palace of Auburn Hills.  Also, in February 2007, members of the GLCP were contracted by Trudell Orchestras to perform with the back up strings for Josh Groban in the Palace of Auburn Hills.  In Novemeber 2007, the GLCP were contracted by Trudell Orchestras to be the back up strings for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra for the Grand Rapids and Lansing shows.
